The location was great for my needs, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. there was no wifi in the rooms for three days, which made it tough to work.

We were lucky to have efficient staff. The location was CONVENIENT - very close to close to shops, Longford and The Queens Arms, and National Heritage sites and berry farm.

I found myself in a clean and comfy room with air conditioning and free WiFi-perfect for planning my next surf trip in a nearby town. the bathroom was decent but I swear I saw my reflection in the mirror and thought it might be a ghost. Breakfast at the cafe across the street was solid. Mornings were great, but I wished for food options in the evenings as the kitchen shut down early. Managed a decent walk along the river before flying back to Melbourne.

Just wrapped up a stay at Queens Arms in Longford and boy, was it a treat! Pros: Modern room & bathrooms were a top-notch surprise, better than any 'pub' digs we've tried. Nearby cafes like JJ's Bakery & Old Mill Cafe added local charm.
Wi-Fi was MIA in rooms for days, a bummer for work. Despite that, the buzzing pub vibe and cozy bed won us over.
